Band Day at Florida Southern College, Lakeland, FL
Letter & Permission Slip Sent Home
MR. GUIRA's Davenport School of the Arts music students will be traveling to Florida Southern College’s Branscomb Auditorium in Lakeland on the morning of November 4. They will attend a special college band concert… for free!!
Students need to wear their black DSA shirt and khaki pants.
We will leave at 9:00 am and the concert begins at 10:30am. After the concert, we walk around Lake Hollingsworth to the busses. Our next stop will be for lunch at Wendy’s. Each student will need to bring $5-10 lunch. Students will arrive at DSA at about 2:30 p.m.
Attached is a field trip permission form. Please fill it out and return to Mr. Guira. We will need a few parent volunteers to help chaperone. If you are able to chaperone or have any questions or concerns, please contact Mr. Guira at 863-420-2557 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
