Band Day at Florida Southern College, Lakeland, FL

Mr. Guira’s MIDDLE SCHOOL Music students will be traveling to Florida Southern College’s Branscomb Auditorium in Lakeland on the morning of Friday, November 15. They will attend a special college concert featuring the Florida Southern College Music Department… for free!!
Students need to wear their black DSA shirt and khaki pants. We will meet in Mr. Guira’s Room promptly at 8:30 a.m., departing for the concert at 8:45 a.m., with the concert beginning at 10:30am. After the concert, we walk around Lake Hollingsworth to the busses. Our next stop will be for lunch at a fast food restaurant near the college. Each student will need to bring $5-10 lunch. Students will arrive at DSA at about 3:00 p.m. A field trip permission form was sent home with students. Please fill it out and return to Mr. Guira.
