Concert Parent Assistance Information and Sign Up

​In order to ensure that every concert runs smoothly and successfully, we need a team of approved adult volunteers to help assist with the logistics. ​

Please read the descriptions of the music department's concert needs below.  At the bottom of the descriptions, fill out the form to sign up to help. Parents that assist with the concert duties will be allowed to attend the concert without purchasing a ticket. 

Thank you in advance for volunteering to help make your child's performance a success. 

Ticket Booth - Collecting Money and Distributing tickets an hour and a half before each production.
Student Chaperons - watching student groups while they wait to transition; keep students quiet; help to move student groups to and from the stage area.
Stage Crew - Moving equipment, Setting up and striking chairs, music stands, instruments, risers, choir shells, opening and closing the curtains, and possibly assisting with lighting and sound needs.
Auditorium Door Monitors - Pass out programs as the audience enters; as the audience enters and leaves making sure the double doors remain closed while groups are performing on stage; Quickly and quietly open and close doors for emergency bathroom runs between songs. 

*All Stage Crew volunteers will need to dress in ALL BLACK CLOTHING and will need to be able to physically move equipment as needed.
