Rehearsal Dates:(Dates are Locked in at this point. Please Read below

In the past we have rehearsed about 2 times before the performance. Each rehearsal will be scheduled from 6:00-8:00 but we will probably get done closer to 7:30. Please RSVP if there are any dates below that DO NOT work with your schedule.
We will choose 2 dates from the following based on personnel availability: 3/13, 3/15, 3/16, 3/27, 3/30, 3/31 |

I am currently working on a list of tunes to read down and choose from. If you have anything that you have and would like to offer/request, let me ASAP so that we can at least try to plan accordingly.
Vocalists: We are going to try to do Bugle Boy by the Andrew Sisters to include all three of you on a number. We will schedule you on the first half of the rehearsals so that you do not have sit around and wait for us. :-) |
Performance Dress: |
Beth has graciously offered to work on t-shirts for the big day! (Thanks Beth!) We will discuss what you want to wear below the t-shirt at the first rehearsal. Please RSVP your t-shirt size to me ASAP so we can submit the order. |

The list of names below are in each section in the order in which you RSVP’d. We were originally really short on trumpets but as you can see you guys stepped up in force. I really didn’t want to pick and choose players respectfully. So if it is ok with you all, I thought we could alternate playing parts and players. It would be great to hear you all play with the group.
